The product was delivered on time in perfect condition, and I am very pleased with the color they sent me (purple). This is bigger than the Kaytee pigloo but I see this as a good thing because my piggies can stretch out all the way inside, which they absolutely love to do. They also like running up and down the stairs and taking small naps up top. I''ll definitely get another one when I''m able to adopt a 3rd guinea pig (very soon!).
