The areas around screw holes are rough and unfinished so as you go to screw them in the material gets inside and prevents tightening; this issue made the assembly frustrating and extremely time consuming (also caused me to tear the material). I have never seen furniture which is not secured together. The base of the chair sits on the lift, which sits on the wheel base.....there are no screws that attach these three sections together. In all my life I have never seen such a thing. You lift this chair up by the arms and it falls apart in two or three pieces. Amazon should seriously review selling this chair.
