Please do not buy this, it''s probably dangerous. The only way to get the shelf together is to use a hammer on the top of the shelf while holding the little plastic thingies in place. Otherwise, none of them will hold, they do not clamp on securely to the poles. I have owned many shelves in this style over the years and this is the cheapest piece of junk I''ve ever seen. Also, after an hour of literal blood and sweat I pulled the last shelf out and it was severely dented. I don''t even know how it would be possible to bend this thing, but there''s no way they didn''t see it when they put it in the box, it''s so obvious as soon as you look at it. I actually suspect that they sent me someone else''s returned shelves, there were cut ties in the bottom of the box. I''m keeping the shelf only because the thought of trying to take it back apart while not getting injured and somehow getting the massive heavy box to return was just more than I could take at that point. Yes, they will send you the same shelves they sent me. Please order elsewhere. Assembly takes more time with one person but two would be optimal. Don''t force the screw heads into the female part. You can strip or bend them and then that piece is is ruined. I would add the wheels on last if you are going to use them.
Use a folded cloth to protect the metal or a rubber mallet to force the shelves onto the plastic bracket halves. Measure and space out your shelves ad they have bottom edges which reduce how high each shelf can be with regards to what you''re putting on it. It went together easily. You need someone to it steady and the other can put it together. It is more than strong enough for my purposes. But I can see where you could put your shop tools on this as long as you make a point of not making it too top-heavy.
