I have an office job so I sit in my chair frequently all day every day. I was starting to develop lower back pain along with sciatica issues. After ordering this, due to prior confidence, it is a disappointment because as soon as I sat on it, after 10 minutes, it flattened like a pancake. Instead of being 2 inches, it flattened to less than 1 inch. I can "easily" squeeze the cushion and it flattens immediately. It is not firm at all. Enclosed is a picture to show what it does. Since I never used this product/brand before, I have nothing to compare it to so I am giving it 1 star. I slightly feel some comfort and do like the "idea" of the space in between the cushion as I notice some relief to my tailbone, but as soon as it flattens.
