The reviews for all of the other competing wrench sets in the same price range have a similar amount of slop. None of the wrenches have any binding in the whole amount of jaw travel. The jaws are marked in inches and mm, a nice touch. You have to pay 2x-3x more for a Crescent brand to get a wrench that is tight, precise, and holds the adjustment. If you are a professional, you definitely want to go up to the name brand quality wrenches. But for you weekend warriors like me, this set is great. I paid $23 for the set of 4 in Dec2020, and for me this is a great value.
